Walker's story of a group of neo-Nazi hopefuls who plan a series of violent acts against Baltimore's African American community is well read by Malcolm-Jamal Warner. Baltimore Herald police reporter Darryl Billups receives calls from an anonymous androgynous tipster who tells him of the group's plans, but he isn't sure if he should dismiss the calls or pursue them. Darryl also has to deal with his mugging, a new love interest, and co-workers out to steal his stories. The work's eclectic characters provide too many subplots that detract from the suspenseful main story. Also, adult language may offend some listeners.
